Breaking bad news, dealing with challenging behaviour, conflict management, child protection, leadership and management issues, bullying in the workplace, gender inequalities in the workplace, safety in the workplace.

Strathclyde Police, Scottish Police College, Fife Fire and Rescue, Scottish Power,
Scottish Water, Diagio, Standard Life, Prince's Trust, Morgan Stanley, Numerous Medical and University organisations.
Personal Skills and Experience
Toni has worked for the last ten years as a performer, deviser and voiceover artist. She has worked in various capacities in professional theatre and the corporate sector, including forum theatre, workshop facilitation and roleplay training.
Some Examples of his directing and writing work,
Devised and performed in a forum theatre piece for ‘World AIDS Day’ to encourage communication and discussion within families who are struggling to deal with the consequences of living with the disease.
Performed in a training DVD for NHS nurses on ‘Caring with Dignity.’
