Ten years experience as a freelance role player within various public and private sectors and organizations.  Participating in: 1 to 1, Group, Forum Theatre, Presenting, Workshops and Coperate film for: Manager Training, Assessments, Development, Recruitment, Promotion, Confrontation, Appraisals and Breaking Bad News. 

Also experienced in oral and written constructive feedback.

Specializing in Myers Briggs Types Indicator, Belbin Types, Merrell and Reid Behavioural Styles.
